As this is an office space for public officials, internal access may be restricted. However, the Deoksugung stone wall path around the building is excellent for a walk and boasts beautiful scenery year-round. It is close to Exit 1 or 12 of City Hall Station (Lines 1, 2). Parking is available at the main Seoul City Hall underground lot, but public transport is recommended.
